Please read and fully understand the following terms and conditions before using any services on the 11zon platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 11zon platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
The 11zon platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or valid residents. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage user pending investigation.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 11zon as the platform operator. Any changes to these terms will be communicated through the platform and take effect immediately upon notification.
Account Creation & Information Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 11zon platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any identification details needed for identity verification. 11zon reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 11zon platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or the betting system.
- Colluding with other users to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
- Engaging in any money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and legal action where applicable.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 11zon platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is valid and registered in your own name. Using a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and are subject to change. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for the original deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
11zon is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers during deposits or withdrawals. Transaction processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separately stipulated wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been met in full.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property

11zon makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error. We are not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damage arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control. 11zon's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net unused deposit amount in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
11zon reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including suspected fraud, breach of terms, regulatory authority requests, or at the platform's discretion. Any legitimate balance in a closed account will be processed for return in accordance with the platform's internal policy upon completion of investigation.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 11zon platform — including logos, designs, software, and text — is the exclusive property of 11zon and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited. This platform may contain links to third-party websites; 11zon is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
11zon reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
